The tables were adorned with beautiful flowers, placemats of the world, and lots of souvenirs from England, Scotland and Ireland, then onto Paris and Rome and not forgetting Egypt, Afghanistan, South America and New Zealand.
International Day was so successful the members want to do it again next year.
There were eight members present and a guest Teresa Schofield, who joined the club as she loves what we stand for, supporting disadvantaged children.
Next month the theme is Ladies Race Day, so wear your pretty hats and fascinators. I’m sure we will have a competition.
VIEW Clubs are a valued part of The Smith Family, supporting children through their education programs.
Our next luncheon meeting is November 1 at the Cootamundra Country Club and there is afternoon tea on Tuesday, October 16 at 2.15pm at The Olympic Hotel.
