After finishing top of the ladder, the village side was thrashed by 79 runs in the major semi-final last Saturday by the Criterion Gunners.
On Saturday, the village side hosts the Burrangong Cricket Club in the preliminary final who scored a five-wicket win over the Temora Renegades in the minor semi-final.
Stockinbingal really needs to fire with the bat with the last two innings only 100 and 105.
Youngster Jack Caldwell started the season well with the bat, but has found it hard to score, making just 42 runs in the last few matches.
Other batters need to lift enabling Stockinbingal to post a competitive score.
The winner of Saturday’s preliminary final will play the Criterion Gunners in the final in Young on Saturday March 9.
The Stockinbingal side is Sam Larsen [Capt.], Doug Hunt, Jack Caldwell, Geoff Bush, Sam Bush, Steve Barton, Aiden Barton, Nick Holt, Shane Fisher, Dilan Seveviratne and Allister Sides.

During the South West season Lachlan Webb plays for the Cootamundra Kookaburras.
He plays with the South West representative which includes players from Cootamundra and Temora.
On Sunday February 10 at Albert Park Lachlan recorded his best figures in this competition, the Warren Smith Cup.
Mainly through Lachlan's bowling feats South West routed Griffith for just 64 runs with Lachlan capturing 5/8 from five overs.
South West won by six wickets finishing with 4/67.
