The talented duo "Liquid Sun" consists of Trevor Champion and Bill Robertson, performers from Gundagai whose playing was a highlight of the Australian Busking Championships in Gundagai last year.
Liquid Sun's repertoire ranges across country, rock and folk and includes a selection of their own songs which received warm applause at their last appearance here, a year ago.
They played recently at the Tumut River Brewery and the Gamma.com Festival in Wagga.
Their next gig will be at the Cider Festival at Batlow on 18 May.
The concert is part of Cootamundra Library's successful "Playing At the Pond" series, in which local artists and special guests perform at the library each month.
Gold coin donations go to charities including the Rural Fire Service, CanAssist, Cootamundra Soup Kitchen, and Red Cross. The concert starts at 12.30pm on the lawns outside the library, and no booking is needed.
Just bring your lunch, bring a picnic blanket, and a friend to this unique setting, and enjoy free entertainment from one of Australia's great country acts.
