President reserve singles: Geoff (Bloopy) Manwaring played fellow Cootamundra Ex bowler Wayne (Rocky) Ford with Manwaring having a comfortable win. Wally Chater played Adam Hutchinson, who went on to win, only to be beaten by Manwaring in the next round. Newcomer to bowls Mick Newham played the very experienced Collin Stokell in his first district event and played well but fell short of a win, leaving Stokell to play Steve Stanton where Stanton had a win and will play Manwaring in the semi-final. Terry Smith played Dennis (Ginger) O'Brien for a spot in the semis but Ginger was too strong and went on to win. Jason Jones had a good win against Charlie Wills and now meets Ginger in the remaining semi-final.

Club champs: Jason Jones played Don (The Duck) O'Neill in major singles. The Duck was on fire with some great bowls and went on to comfortably win and progress to the next round.
Social bowls: Wednesday: John Huntington and Alan Small far too good for Ron Bennett & Graeme Snape. Mick Andrews & Pickles combined to spoil Oscar Lopez & Peter Hoang's day with a 23-12 win, while Mitchell Clarke, Keith Hampton & Jeff Cook had a comfortable win against over Mick Newham, Rob Hillier & Geoff Hillier.
Friday: Some big win numbers were recorded with the big winners being Greg (Nippy) Field & Geoff Hillier defeating Tony Curtis and Frog Roberts. Mick Andrews, Alan Small & Pat O'Brien defeated Mick Ryan, The Duck O'Neil & Pickles Bradley. J Withers, Oscar Lopez & Jim White were defeated 28-12 by Roger Goode, Rocky Ford & Peter Hoang, while John Hunterton & Keith Hampton recorded a 26-20 win over Wayne Watmore & Rob Hillier.
