C Miller and B Gibson who were only able to win three shots in the first half came back strongly in the second to earn 16 points for their 20 -13 win over G Hagan and D Harris.
Next, we have the win (24-12) by P Rasmussen and J Cooper over S Wilkinson and K Breasley that earned them 17.5 points, and leaving the third card of G Bottrall and J Malone which showed they had scored 19 points from their win over A Cooper and R Cleveland, the winners of the meat trays.
To conclude, we would like our Cootamundra bowlers to note some changes of days for play that are to begin the first week in September at the Country Club - Tuesday, 1pm start; Thursday, 1pm start and Saturday 1pm start. This will mean that combining with the Ex-Services program bowlers have the opportunity to play every day of the week bar Monday, often used as a watering day.
