The Central were embarrassed by the S & C Blues last Saturday, when the Cootamundra side could only field eight players and were subsequently beaten by seven wickets.
The Rams will welcome the return of the Cronin brothers, Mick and Aaron, while Troy Warner is also available.
The Coyotes are currently undefeated, with excellent wins over the S & C Blues and Central Hotel. The umpire for this match is Dennis Elphick.
After winning on forfeit last week, the Come Alive Fitness Crusaders will have the bye.
In the other Delta Agribusiness Cup match, Mimosa hosts the S & C Blues at Nixon Park. This match will be Mimosa's first outing for the season after having a first round bye and forfeiting last week. The Blues are 1-1 and should win this encounter.
Delta Agribusiness ladder: Come Alive Fitness Crusaders 14; Criterion Coyotes 12; S & C Blues 10; Central Hotel Rams 6; Mimosa 5.
In the BFB/ Blooms Cup, Cootamundra sides Stockinbingal and the Cootamundra Ex-Services Magpies will do battle at Stockinbingal Recreation Ground.
Stockinbingal is undefeated from its two matches; the Magpies have a win and a loss. Both sides are chock full of experience and a good blend of young players. With the ground feeling effects of the drought, they should score plenty of runs.
BFB/Blooms Chemist ladder: Burrangong 14 (2.29); Stockinbingal 14 (2.21); Cootamundra Ex-Services Magpies 10 (1.86); Temora Ex-Services Renegades 10 (1.65); Shamrock Hotel Leprechauns 10, (0.94); Criterion Gunners 10 (0.75); Bowling Club Tigers 6; S & C Saints 6.
