The carnival started on Sunday and concludes on Thursday.
Twenty-eight teams are taking part, which is spread across three divisions.
NSW fielded seven teams in the carnival. Two teams each in the top two divisions and three teams in the third division.
There are eight teams in division one and two, while 12 teams are division three.
Cootamundra's John Stephens, Griffith's Jamie Bennett, and Temora spinner Peter Gerhard are in the first X1 side called the Blues.
Mark Elia is captain of the second X1 side called the Waratahs, which contains Darren Connell (Cootamundra), Neville Jolliffe and Mark Grigg (Wagga) and Peter Stimson from Temora.
Mark Favell from Griffith is skipper of third X1 called the Kangaroos and the side has Eric Koetz from Wagga.
All matches are 45 overs each with the final of Division one to be played at the WACA on Thursday. All teams play on Thursday with the finals in each division, plus the playoffs.
At the conclusion of the carnival, the selectors will pick the Australian side to play in the second over 50s World Cup to be played in Cape Town next March.
Mark Elia can take most of the credit for encouraging the Riverina cricketers to play in this carnival.
Mark played a role as a selector. Mark turns 57 on Christmas Day.
