Tuesday Session - played a ten-table Skip Mitchell. Winners in the North/South field were Jenny McAinsh and Frank Davidson on an impressive 61.11 per cent followed by Mary Norton-Knight and Loo Manning with 57.18 per cent. Third place went to Joyce Meale and Jean Shea on 56.71 per cent followed by Heather Last and Caroline Hermes with 53.24 per cent and Merry Kirkwood and Fran Meagher with 50.69 per cent in fifth.
In the East/West the winners with another great score of 62.96 per cent were Annie MacMaster and Barb Beveridge. Second place went to Kate Graham and Joan Adams on 59.72 per cent followed by Ondy Crawford and Liz McFarlane in third with 55.56 per cent. In fourth were Jude Hillam and Gail Flanery with 54.17 per cent and in fifth was Barbie Hufton with her many varied partners, scoring 50.23 per cent.
