The E A Southee Public School this week welcomed three new teachers including a new assistant principal.
Kylie Chacon, who has 23 years of teaching experience, was previously a curriculum coordinator at St Matthews School in Mudgee, where she also coached teachers, including some from Cootamundra, in the 'innovative space' approach to education.
Grace Ferguson last year finished early childhood and primary education at CSU Wagga, doing her last placement here. She's now returned here as a Relief from Face to Face (RFF) educator, meaning she gets around to every class room.
Brad Sharman is in his final year at UC, teaching four days and commuting to Canberra on Wednesdays.
He'd like to teach at E A Southee next year as it's "such a fantastic school".
