Boorowa has a mystery on its hands! Someone has been spreading a bit of joy, and much needed toilet paper, to locals. A reader submitted a photo of the gift, saying they do not know who is behind the generous gesture.
"There is a mystery person placing a brown paper bag in letter boxes," the reader said.
"The rumour mill has not yet come to light with the benefactor."
