Cootamundra young gun Kirrilee Cameron and experienced Tolland footballer Bernadette Blake could not be separated for the Leonard Cup Player of the Year.
The pair were announced as the joint winners at Equex Centre on Sunday.
For Cameron, it capped off a brilliant first season back at her home club after spending the past six years in Sydney at Macarthur Rams.
"I was really not expecting it," Cameron said.
"I come out here to play for fun, I play my best when I'm having fun and that's what I did this year.
"It was awesome just to get into a grand final to be honest and play against such a good bunch of girls with such a good bunch of girls. I wouldn't have got this award if I didn't have good players around me."
The COVID-19 pandemic forced Cameron back to Cootamundra this year but she now plans to stick around.
The 22-year-old was Cootamundra's best player in their 5-1 grand final loss.
