Erin Patterson appeared before Latrobe Magistrates' Court in Victoria's south-east and was remanded to reappear in court in May 2024.
Police requested a 20 week adjournment to analyse computer equipment seized from Patterson's home on November 2.
Patterson was charged with three counts of murder and five counts of attempted murder on November 2 after the deaths of three people on July 29, 2023.
Gail and Don Patterson as well as Gail's sister Heather Wilkinson died in August after allegedly ingesting a fatal meal cooked with poisonous death cap mushrooms.
Mrs Wilkinson's husband Korumburra pastor Ian Wilkinson survived the meal and left hospital in September after weeks in a coma.
Police said the further three attempted murder charges relate to three separate incidents in Victoria between 2021-2022.
