The Crusaders will make at least one change - all-rounder Luke Izzard returns to the side in place of Tom Miller.
In last Saturday's opening round against the Central Hotel Rams, the Crusaders had five-batsmen reach 20, but no other batsman made a decent score.
Mimosa will miss two youngsters in Will Oliver and Damien Wells who have decided to play at a higher standard of cricket in Wagga. The umpire is Pat Kerin.
At Cranfield Oval, the two first-round losers, the Blues and Central, do battle. Both sides scored decent totals in their round one loss.
While the Central was very competitive, losing the match in last two overs, the Blues were beaten by the Coyotes with 10 overs to spare. The umpire is Jeff White.
In the Dunk Insurance Cup, two first-round winners Stockinbingal and the Criterion Gunners do battle at Saw Pit Gully.
The village side was impressive in defeating the Shamrock Hotel Leprechauns by 81 runs, while the Criterion Gunners defeated the Cootamundra Ex-Services Magpies by seven wickets.
Stockinbingal will certainly face tough opposition from the Gunners who were runners-up last season. The village side will be hoping that gun cricketer Jack Caldwell fires on Saturday. Caldwell scored a century at Saw Pit Gully last season.
The Magpies travel to Nixon Park in Temora to take on another first-round loser in the Temora Bowling Club Tigers.
